Dr. Kelly Jordan
Born and raised in Vancouver, Dr. Jordan earned a BSc in Biochemistry at SFU and her DMD from UBC in 2001, then spent her early career as an associate in a busy Abbotsford practice before opening her own in 2009. She loves general practice for the long-term relationships it builds — care shaped around each person’s needs, backed by ongoing continuing education and a full range of services for every age group. Outside the office she travels, rollerblades, bikes, kayaks, and spends time with her husband and son.
Dr. Aidan Coe-Chow
A proud Vancouver native, Dr. Coe-Chow earned his undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at UBC, pairing an evidence-based approach with a genuinely compassionate one so every patient feels comfortable and confident in the chair. He practiced at Kootenay Family Dental in Castlegar, BC from 2021 and is glad to be back in his hometown, continuing the standard of care patients here already expect.
In pain today? Call us first.
We hold same-day slots for broken teeth, lost fillings, swelling and toothache. Phone before you drive over and we’ll tell you exactly when to come in.
No surprises on the bill
We submit claims to your insurer directly, so most patients only pay their portion at the desk. Before any treatment beyond a checkup, you get a written estimate with the fee-guide codes on it.
Request an appointment
We reply the same business day. Prefer to talk? Call 604 324 3884.

Questions patients ask us most
Anything else, just call — a person answers during office hours.
Are you taking new patients? +
Yes, we are actively welcoming new patients of every age. Book online or call and we will usually have you in within a couple of weeks.
What happens at a first visit? +
A full exam, any x-rays we need, a cleaning if time allows, and a written plan with costs. Budget about an hour.
Do you direct bill my insurance? +
We submit to most major insurers directly, so you generally pay only your portion at the desk.
I hate the dentist. Can you help? +
Tell us when you book. We schedule extra time, explain every step in advance, and can discuss sedation.
Do you see young children? +
Yes. We recommend a first visit around age one, kept short and friendly so it sets the tone for later.
What if I have pain outside office hours? +
Leave a message and we return calls first thing; for severe swelling or trauma go to the nearest emergency department.
